BOLALARDA GЕRPЕSVIRUS ASSOTSIATSIYALI NЕFROPATIYALARNING KLINIK KЕCHISHI VA DAVOLASH TAKTIKASI
Abstrakt
Bugungi kunga kelib bolalarda uchraydigan surunkali glomerulonefrit etiologik sabablari orasida streptokokk infektsiyasi ulushining kamayishi, ayni vaqtda virus etiologiyali nefropatiyalarning ko‘plab qayd etilishi kuzatilmoqda. Mazkur tadqiqot ishi 68 nafar bemor bolalarda o‘tkazildi. Ulardan 32 (47%) nafarida surunkali glomerulonefrit, 36 (53%) nafarida nefrotik sindrom qayd etildi. Barcha bemor bolalarga klinik taxlillar, bioximik tekshiruvlar bilan bir qatorda gerpesvirus infektsiya tashxisini qo‘yish uchun IFA va PZR o‘tkazildi. Tadqiqotimiz natijalari shuni ko‘rsatdiki surunkali glomerulonefrit bilan og‘rigan bemorlarda TSMV monoinfektsiya xolida 6,3% bemorda, OGV1/2+TSMV mikst-infektsiyasi 50% bemorda, OGV1/2+TSMV+OGV 6-tur mikst-infektsiyasi 6,3% bemorda, OGV1/2+TSMV+OGV 8-tur 37,5% bemorda qayd etildi. Nefrotik sindrom bilan kasallangan bemorlarning 11,1% da OGV1/2 monoinfektsiyasi, 8,3% da TSMV monoinfektsiyasi, 41,6% da OGV1/2+TSMV mikst-infektsiyasi, 8,3% da OGV1/2+TSMV+OGV 6-tur mikst-infektsiyasi, 33,3% da OGV1/2+TSMV+OGV 8-tur mikst-infektsiyasi aniqlandi.
