SEMIZLIK BO‘LGAN BOLALARDA VITAMIN D NING KO‘LLANILISHI, UNING LIPID VA UGLEVOD ALMASHINUVIGA TA'SIR QILISH SAMARASI

Ushbu maqolada semizlik bilan og‘rigan bolalarda vitamin D ni qo‘llaganda klinik ko‘rinishdagi dinamik o‘zgarishlar, shuningdek, uglevod va lipidlar almashinuvi natijalari keltirilgan. Tadqiqot natijalari markaziy tuman birlamchi tibbiy-sanitariya poliklinikalari umumiy amaliyot shifokorlarining amaliy faoliyatiga keng joriy yetish uchun tavsiya yetilgan. Tadqiqot maqsadi: D vitaminining differensial dozalarini qo‘llagan holda bolalarda abdominal semizlikni davolash sxemasini optimallashtirish. Materiallar va usullar: abdominal semizlik bo‘lgan 30 nafar bola dinamik kuzatuvdan o‘tkazildi. Uglevod va lipid almashinuvi darajasini, shuningdek vitamin D darajasini aniqlash uchun antropometrik, klinik va biokimyoviy tadqiqotlar o‘tkazildi. Abdominal semizlikni kompleks davolashda vitamin D ning differensial dozalarini qo‘llash samaradorligi baholandi. Tadqiqot natijalari: Semizlik darajasiga qarab vitamin D ning differensiallashgan dozalarini qo‘llash kasallikning klinik ko‘rinishini yaxshilashga yordam berganligi, TMI, SDS bo‘yicha TMI ning ijobiy dinamikasi tendensiyasi xamda BA va buksa aylanasi nisbatining ishonchli yaxshilanganligi aniqlandi. Shuningdek, vitamin D ni qo‘llash uglevodlar va lipidlar almashinuvi ko‘rsatkichlarini yaxshilashga hissa qo‘shdi, bu abdominal semizlik bo‘lgan bolalarda komorbid patologiya hamda metabolik sindrom rivojlanishiga to‘sqinlik qiladi. Xulosa: semizlik darajasiga qarab abdominal semizlik bo‘lgan bolalarda kompleks davolashning bir qismi sifatida vitamin D ni dozalab yuborish muhim hisoblanadi.
