FEATURES OF CARDIOMYOPATHIES IN CHILDREN
Abstract
Maqolada bolalarda kardiyomiyopatiyalarning turli shakllarining (dilatatsion, gipertrofik, restriktiv) klinik kechishi masalasi ko'rib chiqiladi. Olingan ma'lumotlar kardiologlar, umumiy amaliyot shifokorlari va oilaviy poliklinikalardagi pediatrlar uchun qiziqish uyg'otadi.
Tadqiqot maqsadi: bolalarda kardiyomiyopatiyalarning klinik kechish xususiyatlarini o'rganish, hayot sifatini yaxshilash va prognozni optimallashtirish uchun davolash taktikasini takomillashtirish.
Materiallar va usullar. 0-17 yoshli 36 nafar bola tekshirildi. Tekshirilganlar orasida kardiyomiyopatiyalarning turli shakllarining chastotasi: dilatatsion - 61,1%, gipertrofik - 33,3%, restriktiv - 5,6% ni tashkil qildi. Kardiyomiyopatiyaning har bir turi bilan kasallangan bolalardan anamnestik ma'lumotlar, kasallikning kechishi, EKG, ExoKG va rentgenografiya natijalari toʻgʻrisida ma’lumotlar o'rganildi.
Tadqiqot natijalari. Kasallik yashirin, yengil kechishi mumkin, lekin ko'pincha kasallikning o'rtacha ogʻir va ogʻir kechishi kuzatiladi. DKMP va GKMP bilan og'rigan bemorlarda ko'pincha yurak ritmi va o'tkazuvchanligining turli xil buzilishlari kuzatiladi.Kardiyomiyopatiya bilan og'rigan surunkali yurak yetishmovchiligi mavjud bo`lgan bolalarni o`z vaqtida dispenser kuzatuvga olish va (uzluksiz) davolash kerak. GKMP ning obstruktiv shakllarining og'ir kechishida jarrohlik davolash masalasi ko'rib chiqiladi.
