YANGI TUG'ILGAN CHALAKLAR GEMOLITIK KASALLIGINING BIOKIMYOVIY O'ZGARISHI VA KLINIK SIMPTOMATIKA BILAN ALOQALILIGI (adabiyot sharhi)
Abstrakt
Ona-platsenta, homila-chaqaloq tizimidagi murakkab patofizyologik o'zgarishlar perinatal davrning bir qator kasalliklarida, xususan, yangi tug'ilgan chaqaloqning gemolitik kasalligida namoyon bo'ladi. Ushbu sharh maqolasida yangi tug'ilgan chaqaloqning gemolitik kasalligidagi biokimyoviy o'zgarishlar va uning klinik belgilar bilan aloqasi bo'yicha joriy adabiyot ma'lumotlari keltirilgan. Xavf omillarini va homila va onaning eritrotsitlar antijenlariga mos kelmasligi sababli patologik jarayonning shakllanish mexanizmini aniqlash bo'yicha adabiyotlarni chuqur tahlil qilish asosida: rezus tizimi, ABO yoki keyinchalik immunologik ziddiyatga olib keladigan kam uchraydigan omillar, Yangi tug'ilgan chaqaloqlarning gemolitik kasalligini aniqlashning ob'ektiv erta usullaridan xulosa qilishimiz mumkinki, hozirgi vaqtda to'liq hal etilmagan bo'lsa ham, ayniqsa, giperbilirubinemiyaning nisbatan past darajasida ham asoratlarni rivojlanishiga olib keladigan fon sharoitlarini har tomonlama o'rganish kerak. diselektrolitemiya va etuklik holati, bu bizning keyingi tadqiqotlarimiz uchun asos bo'lishi mumkin.
