TEZ-TEZ XASTALANUVCHI BOLALARDA IMMUNOKORREKTSIYA TERAPIYASINING SAMARADORLIGINI KATAMNESTIK KUZATUVI

Maqolada immunokorregirlovchi preparat Bronxo-munal va Nukleinat natriy adyuvantidan kompleks foydalanish asosida tez-tez xastalanuvchi bolalarda uzoq muddatli qaytalanishga qarshi terapiya samaradorligini o'rganish bo'yicha ma'lumotlar keltirilgan. Belgilangan vazifalarni bajarish uchun qaytalanishga qarshi samaradorlik 146 ta tez-tez xastalanuvchi bolalardan 46 tasida uchta parametr bo'yicha aniqlandi: kasallanish darajasi, qaytalanuvchi respirator infektsiyalarni takroriyligi va remissiya vaqtining uzayishi. Turli xil davolash usullari bilan kasallanish darajasi, qaytalanuvchi respirator infektsiyalarni takroriyligi va remissiya vaqtining uzayishi Bronxo-munal va Nukleinat natriydan birgalikda foydalanish bilan immunokorrektiv terapiyani o'tkazish maqsadga muvofiqligini ko'rsatadi. Kasallikning qaytalanish darajasi immunokorrekysiya qiluvchi dorilarni qayta qo'llash uchun asosdir.
