АКТУАЛЬНЫЕ СТРАТЕГИИ АНТИБИОТИКОТЕРАПИИ ОСТРЫХ РЕСПИРАТОРНЫХ ИНФЕКЦИЙ В ПЕДИАТРИЧЕСКОЙ ПРАКТИКЕ
Аннотация
Резюме. Острая респираторная патология остаётся ведущей причиной заболеваемости среди детского населения страны. Данная обзорная статья освещает современные подходы к антибактериальной терапии инфекционных заболеваний дыхательных путей у пациентов детского возраста. Материалы и методы. Анализ проведён на основе обзора текущих публикаций в базах PubMed, Scopus и eLibrary за последние 10 лет. На основе анализа современных научных данных определены ключевые факторы, влияющие на выбор антибактериальных препаратов при респираторных инфекциях. Выводы: К основным причинам необоснованного назначения антибиотиков в педиатрии относятся гипердиагностика со стороны врачей, стремление удовлетворить ожидания родителей и желание ускорить достижение клинического улучшения. Также, определены факторы, ухудшающие прогноз при нерациональном антибиотикотерапии в педиатрии.
