BOLALARDA YANGI CORONAVIRUS INFEKTSIYASI POST-COVID BUZILISHLARI BILAN

TO'LIQ MATN:

Abstrakt

COVID-19 pandemiyasi aholi salomatligiga salbiy ta'sir ko'rsatdi va tobora keng tarqalgan o'tkir respiratorli infektsiyalarning xavfli sababiga aylanib  bormoqda, ayniqsa bolalar va o'smirlarda. Ishning maqsadi: xorijiy va mahalliy tadqiqotlarga ko'ra, yangi koronavirus infektsiyasining o'tkir davrining klinik ko'rinishini va bolalarda post-Covid sindromi kechish variantlarini tahlil qilish. Material va usullar: tanlangan mavzu bo'yicha Pubmed, Medline va elibrary ma'lumotlar bazalaridagi nashrlar o'rganildi. Natijalar va muhokamalar: Respublikamizda 1 yoshdan 18 yoshgacha bo‘lgan bolalarda koronavirus infeksiyasining kechishi bo‘yicha o‘tkazilgan retrospektiv tadqiqotlar shuni ko‘rsatdiki, COVID-19 ning og‘ir va o‘ta og‘ir kechishi tez-tez kasal bo‘lgan bolalarda va allergodermatit, qandli diabet, markaziy asab tizimining perinatal shikastlanishi kabi xamrox kasalliklarga chalingan bolalarda kuzatilgan. Og'ir holatlarda nafaqat nafas olish tizimi, balki yurak-qon tomir tizimi, oshqozon-ichak trakti, markaziy asab tizimi va boshqa tizimlarning shikastlanishi kuzatildi. 70,8% patologik shikastlanishlar qon ivish tizimining buzilishi bilan birga kelgan. Ko'pchilik bolalar bu infektsiyadan butunlay tuzalib ketishlari aniqlandi, ammo ba'zilarida uzoq vaqt davomida keng ko'lamli alomatlar mavjud. COVID-19 ning o'ziga xos xususiyati shundaki, u bir nechta a'zo va tizimlarga (masalan, o'pka va yurak, markaziy asab tizimi va oshqozon-ichak trakti) ta'sir qiladi, bu bolalarda surunkali patologiyaning shakllanishi shaklida uzoq muddatli oqibatlarga olib kelishi mumkin. Post-Covid sindromi deb ataladigan ushbu holat oilaviy shifokor va ixtisoslashgan mutaxassislarning to'liq e'tiborini, shuningdek, reabilitatsiya choralarini talab qiladi. Xulosa: COVID-19 bolalar sog'lig'i normallashgandan so'ng tananing turli muhitlarida SARS-CoV-2 RNKsining uzoq muddat aniqlanishi bilan tavsiflanadi. Ba'zi hollarda post-Covid sindromi deb ataladigan og'ir klinik ko'rinish ko'p tizimli yallig'lanish sindromi va boshqa asoratlar shaklida rivojlanishi mumkin. Bularning barchasi COVID-19 bilan kasallangan bemor bilan oila ichidagi aloqada bo‘lgan bolalarni nafaqat umumiy klinik va instrumental tekshirish usullaridan foydalangan holda, balki ushbu toifadagi bolalarni samarali aniqlash, davolash taktikasini va reabilitatsiyasini tashkil etish orqali dinamik monitoring qilish zarurligini ko‘rsatadi.
