EKSPERIMENTAL GIPOTIREOZDA MEXIDOL ISHLATILGANDA YURAK DEVRINING MORFOLOGIK O‘ZGARISHLARI

Abstrakt

Dolzarbligi. Gipotireozning yurak va boshqa organlarga tizimli oqibatlari mavjud. Bu yurak tezligi, qisqarishiga hamda bo’shashishiga va yurak faoliyatining boshqa jihatlarida o'zgarishlarga olib kelishi mumkin. Yurakdagi strukturaviy o'zgarishlar, masalan, yurak mushaklari hujayralarining gipertrofiyasi (hajmiy kattalashishi) gipotireoz tufayli yuzaga kelishi mumkin. Tadqiqotning maqsadi onada eksperimental gipotireoz sharoitida olingan postnatal rivojlanish va avlod miokardining qayta tiklanishini morfofunksional xususiyatlarini aniqlash. Tadqiqot ob'ekti - urg'ochi oq zotsiz kalamushlar va ularning tug'ilgandan keyin 3, 7, 14, 21 va 30-kunlardagi avlodlari. Urg’ochi kalamushlarda eksperimental gipotireoz homiladorlikdan oldin merkazolilni qo'llash orqali modellashtirilgan. Yurak miokard morfologik, morfometrik va elektron mikroskopik tadqiqot usullari yordamida o'rganildi. Shunday qilib, tadqiqot natijalarini tahlil qilish shuni ko'rsatdiki, eksperimental gipotireoz bilan kasallangan onalardan tug'ilgan kalamushlarning avlodlarida tug'ilgandan so‘ng 14-kundan boshlab miokardda qon-tomirlarining buzilishi, hujayra ichidagi miositoliz ko'rinishidagi distrofik o'zgarishlar, miofibrillalarning titilishi, interstitsial shish va mushak tolalarining fragmentatsiyasi kuzatiladi. Xulosa: eksperimental gipotireoz chaqirilgan urg'ochi kalamushlarda avlod miokardining morfofunksional shakllanishining yaqqol buzilishiga olib kelishi bilan kechadigan yurak qon-tomir kasalliklarining rivojlanishi uchun xavf omilidir.
