TEZ-TEZ XASTALANUVCHI BOLALAR RESPIRATOR KASALLIKLARINI DAVOLASHDA YANGI YONDASHUV
Abstrakt
Maqolada respirator kasalliklarni davolashda tez-tez xastalanuvchi bolalarda Bronxo-munal va Nukleinat natriyni birgalikda qo’llash natijasida immunoglobulinlar va stafilokokk antitoksinining ko'rsatkichlari keltirilgan. Samarqand shahridagi 1-sonli kasalxonaga yotqizilgan pulmonologiya bo'limidagi 1 yoshdan 6 yoshgacha 146 nafar tez-tez xastalangan bolalarda immunoglobulinlar (A,M,G) va stafilokokk antitoksinining uchta sinfi ko'rsatkichlari o'rganildi. Ulardan 46 tasi an'anaviy usul (A), 50 tasi an'anaviy usul bilan Bronxo – munal (AB) va 50 tasi an'anaviy usul bilan Bronxo-munal va Nukleinat natriy adyuvanti (ABN) yordamida davolangan. Tadqiqotlar davolanishdan oldin (146) va kasalxonadan chiqishdan oldin dinamikada (146) o'tkazildi. Ishlab chiqilgan davolash usulining ijobiy ta'siri intoksikatsiya belgilarining yo'qolishi va qisqa vaqt ichida klinik simptomlarning yengillashishi, induktiv va samarali bosqichda antitoksik va antibakterial immunitet hosil bo'lishi bilan o'ziga xos bo'lmagan va o'ziga xos omillar ko'rsatkichlarining oshishi bilan namoyon bo'ldi.
