Perinatal davrda muhim mikroelementlar metabolizmi
Annotatsiya
Perinatal davrda mikroelementlarning metabolizmi va ahamiyatiga bag'ishlangan ko'plab eksperimental tadqiqotlar o'tkazildi, ammo klinik sinov ma'lumotlari kam va ko'pincha qarama-qarshi. Adabiyotlarda ushbu mikroelementlarning perinatal rivojlanishdagi roli bo'yicha kam sonli tadqiqotlar mavjud. Homiladorlik davrida ayollar qonida Co, Cr va Ni konsentratsiyasi pasayishi, pasayish darajasi esa dastlabki mikroelement darajasiga bog'liqligi ko'rsatilgan. Murakkab homiladorliklarda (kech toksikoz, muddatidan oldin tug'ilish, ekstragenital patologiya va boshqalar) metabolik buzilishlar Co, Cr va Ni metabolizmidagi o'zgarishlarni ham o'z ichiga oladi. Biroq, bu o'zgarishlarning sabablari va ularning homila va yangi tug'ilgan chaqaloq uchun ahamiyati yetarlicha o'rganilmaganligicha qolmoqda. Yuqoridagilarga asoslanib, ushbu sharh maqolasida perinatal davrda inson tanasiga mikroelementlarning ta'sirining eng muhim dolzarb jihatlari yoritilgan.
