QALQONSIMON BEZINING FONKSIYASI KUSHAYGAN BOLALARDA GLOMERULONEFRITNI KLINIK FUNKSIONAL XUSUSIYATLARI
Abstrakt
Annotatsiya: Bugungi kunga qadar bolalarda glomerulo- va pielonefritda qalqonsimon bezning funksional holatini har tomonlama o'rganish bo'yicha bir nechta ishlar mavjud, ammo bu munosabatlarning tabiati bo'yicha konsensus mavjud emas (12,13,14). Ishning maqsadi: qalqonsimon bez funktsiyasi kuchaygan glomerulonefritli kasal bolalarning klinik va funktsional xususiyatlarini o'rganish. Material va tadqiqot usullari: Ish nevrologiya bo'limiga yotqizilgan qalqonsimon bezning giperfunktsiyasi bilan og'rigan 5 yoshdan 17 yoshgacha bo'lgan 22 nafar glomerulonefrit bilan og'rigan bolalarni klinik kuzatishlar, tekshirish va davolashga asoslangan. Xulosa: qalqonsimon bez tizimining faolligi kuchaygan bolalarda glomerulonefritning klinik kechish xususiyatlarini tavsiflashda, birinchi navbatda kasallikning 2 klinik variantining mavjudligini ta'kidlash kerak: o'tkir boshlanishi bilan tavsiflangan nefritik sindromli o'tkir glomerulonefrit. umumiy intoksikatsiya belgilari, buyrak belgilarining erta paydo bo'lishi va aralash polimorf siydik sindromi, aniq shish, turli xil ekstrarenal o'zgarishlar bilan.
