SURUNKALI VIRUSLI GEPATITDA SITOKINLARNING PROGNOSTIK AHAMIYATI

Abstrakt

Mazkur maqolada surunkali gepatit bilan og'rigan bemorlarda sitokin profilini o'rganish natijalari keltirilgan va asoratlarni oldini olish uchun ma'lumot beruvchi belgilar ishlab chiqilgan. Tadqiqot natijalari umumiy amaliyot shifokorlari va yuqumli kasalliklar bo'yicha mutaxassislar va oilaviy poliklinikalar va birlamchi sog'liqni saqlash darajasidagi Markaziy tuman poliklinikalarining terapevtlarini amaliy faoliyatga keng joriy etish uchun tavsiya etiladi. Tadqiqotning maqsadi: surunkali virusli gepatitlarda sitokinlarni o'rganish, ularning asoratlarining bashoratli ko'rsatkichlarini ishlab chiqish. Materiallar va tadqiqot usullari. Tadqiqotga atigi 64 nafar bemor kiritilgan, ulardan 38 yoshdan 79 yoshgacha bo'lgan 30 nafar bemor (1-guruh) va 31 yoshdan 67 yoshgacha bo'lgan surunkali virusli gepatit b (XVGV) -34 nafar bemor (2-guruh)surunkali virusli gepatit C (XVGS) bilan kasallangan. Bunda, bemorlarning o'rtacha yoshi 1-guruhli bemorlarning y 54,6± 1,89 yoshni, 2-guruhli bemorlarning y 45,4± 1,44 yoshni tashkil etdi. Nazorat guruhi 35 yoshdan 54 yoshgacha bo'lgan 32 sog'lom kishidan iborat edi (o'rtacha yoshi 44,3 ± 0,95). Olingan natijalarning ishonchliligini baholash uchun ishlatiladigan statistik ishlov berish usullari Microsoft Excel va AtteStat dasturiy paketlari yordamida amalga oshirildi. Tahlil arifmetik o'rtacha (M), standart og'ish (σ), o'rtacha xato (m) ni aniqlashni o'z ichiga olgan. Natijalar. Bemorlarni o'rganish uchun tanlangan interferon holatini o'rganish 2-guruh bemorlarida inf-a-darajasining 1,67 baravar oshishini nazorat qiymatlariga qarshi ko'rsatdi, p<0,005. INF-γ surunkali gepatitning klinik variantidan qat'i nazar, 1-guruh (XVGS) bemorlarida - 1,6 baravar, 2-guruh (XVGV) bemorlarida-1,67 marta -30,62± 2,62 PG/ml nazoratga qarshi ko'tarildi. Xulosa. Surunkali virusli gepatit albumin, umumiy xolesterin, IL-6 ning pasayishi fonida INF-γ ning ko'payishi bilan tavsiflanadi. Gepatit b bilan INF-a 1,5 baravar ko'payadi. Sitokinlarni o'rganish natijalari XVGS ning bakterial infeksiya bilan birikishi va/yoki XVGS fonida virusli-bakterial infeksiyaning kuchayishi holatini ko'rsatadi.
