СОВРЕМЕННЫЕ ПОДХОДЫ К ПРОФИЛАКТИКЕ И КОРРЕКЦИИ НАРУШЕНИЙ ВЕГЕТАТИВНОЙ РЕГУЛЯЦИИ У ДЕТЕЙ И ПОДРОСТКОВ.
Аннотация
Аннотация: Состояние здоровья детей ухудшается за годы обучения в школе, особенно сохраняется актуальность создания оздоровительных и реабилитационных программ для учащихся. Настоящая обзорная статья посвящена одной из актуальной проблеме педиатрии – профилактике вгетативной дистонии у детей и подростков. Вегетативная дистония являясь преморбидным фоном ряда соматических заболеваний у детей широко распространена во всем мире и охватывает все возрастные периоды детей и подростков. Вегетативная нервная система играет большую роль в возникновении многих заболеваний сердечно - сосудистой системы, поэтому необходима углубленная вегетологическая диагностика с последующей коррекцией нервных влияний на сердце и сосуды в случаях выраженных отклонений.
