ERTA MAKTAB YOSHIDAGI BOLALARDA QAYTALANUVCHI BRONXIAL OBSTRUKTSIYA RIVOJLANISHIDA IL6-174C/G GEN POLIMORFIZMINING RO‘LI

Abstrakt

Bizning ishimizning maqsadi maktabgacha yoshdagi o'zbek populyatsiyasi bolalarida takroriy bronxit rivojlanishida IL6 geni -174C/G polimorfizmini tahlil qilish edi. Materiallar va usullar. Ushbu maqsadga erishish uchun kasallikning 73 ta holati tahlil qilindi, ulardan 1-guruhga o'tkir obstruktiv bronxit (AOB), 2-guruh - 7 yoshdan 11 yoshgacha bo'lgan takroriy bronxial obstruktsiya (RBO) bo'lgan bolalar kiradi. Qon zardobida IL-6 va umumiy IgE ni aniqlash fermentga bog'langan immunosorbentlarning tijorat to'plamidan foydalangan holda ferment bilan bog'liq immunosorbent tahlili orqali amalga oshirildi. Umumiy genomik DNK DNK-Express to'plami (Litekh) yordamida ajratilgan. IL-6 genining 174G/C yagona nukleotidli polimorfizmi PCR yordamida aniqlandi. Olingan ma'lumotlarni statistik qayta ishlash Microsoft Excel 2013 yordamida amalga oshirildi. Farqlar p <0,05 da statistik ahamiyatga ega deb hisoblandi. Natijalar. AOB va RBOda IL6 va umumiy IgE ning qiyosiy tahlili AOB guruhi va sog'lom bolalar bilan solishtirganda IL-6da sezilarli o'sish va RBOda IgE darajasining oshishini ko'rsatdi. IL6 -174C/G gen polimorfizmini o'rganish shuni ko'rsatdiki, G / G mutatsin genotipi RBO bo'lgan bemorlar guruhida sog'lom guruhga qaraganda ancha tez-tez kuzatilgan. Xulosa: Bundan kelib chiqadiki, asosiy allel G IL-6 ifodasi darajasining oshishi bilan bog'liq va bolalarda RBO rivojlanishi uchun prognostik omil hisoblanadi. Xulosa. Tadqiqotning klinik, genetik va immunologik natijalari bolalarda RBR ni taxmin qilish imkonini beradi.
