7 ESHDAN 18 ESHGACHA BO‘LGAN BEMORLARDA TISHLASHNING HAR HIL TURLARIDA ZHAG ALVEOLAR O‘SIMTASINI CLINIC RENTGENOLOG O‘RGANISH

Abstrakt

Ahamiyati. Jag‘ning ma'lum bir sohasidagi alohida tishlarning ortiqcha yoki kam yuklanishi bilan birga keladigan malokklyuziyalar alveolyar o‘simtada periodontal kasallikda kuzatiladiganlarga o‘xshash patologik o‘zgarishlarga olib kelishi mumkin. Shuning uchun alveolyar o‘simtani turli yoshdagi va turli xil okklyuziya turlari bilan klinik va rentgenologik tekshirish katta ahamiyatga ega. Ushbu tadqiqotning maqsadi 7 yoshdan 18 yoshgacha bo‘lgan bolalar va o‘smirlarda pastki jag‘ning alveolyar o‘simtasining normal tuzilishining klinik va rentgenologik yoshga bog‘liq xususiyatlarini o‘rganish edi. Ushbu ishni bajarishda biz alveolyar jarayonning klinik va rentgenologik tadqiqoti uchun 7 yoshdan 18 yoshgacha bo‘lgan ortognatik tishlash bilan og‘rigan 600 kishini, chuqur kesuvchi tishlarning bir-biriga yopishishi bilan murakkablashgan yuqori jag‘ning haddan tashqari rivojlanishi bilan og‘rigan 50 kishini (prognatiya chuqur tishlash bilan birlashtirilgan), oldingi tishlar orasida aloqa bo‘lmagan yuqori jag‘ning haddan tashqari rivojlanishi bilan og‘rigan 42 kishini (prognatiya ochiq tishlash bilan birlashtirilgan), chuqur kesuvchi tishlarning bir-biriga yopishishi bilan og‘rigan 50 kishini (chuqur tishlash) va ochiq tishlash bilan og‘rigan 22 kishini tanladik. Ortognatik tishlash bilan og‘rigan 600 kishidan 160 kishi ikki marta, 29 kishi - birinchi tekshiruvdan 1-2-3-4 yil o‘tgach uch marta tekshirildi. Tadqiqot natijalari. Tish chiqishi paytida alveolyar o‘simtaning tuzilishi uning chiqishidan keyingi tuzilishidan farq qiladi. Tish chiqishi tugashi bilan tishlararo septa uchlari tuzilishidagi va g‘ovak tishlararo septa naqshidagi individual farqlar aniq bo‘ladi va ildiz shakllanishi tugashi bilan kortikal plastinka va periodontal bog‘lamning shakllanishi yakunlanadi.
