GASTRODUODENAL PATOLOGIYASI BO‘LGAN BOLALARDA IMMUNITET TIZIMINING PARAMETRLARINI BAHOLASH

Abstrakt

Dolzarbligi: Bolalarda H. pylori infektsiyasiga qarshi immunitet erta patologik javob va o'rganish uchun o'ziga xos model bo'lib xizmat qilishi mumkin. O'zbekiston Respublikasi sharoitida bunday tadqiqotlar amalga oshirilmagan, shu bilan birga vazn ortishi, yoshartirish tendentsiyasi va yuqori chastota asoratlar ushbu masalani o'rganish zarurligini taqozo etadi. Bemorlar va usullar. Ishning maqsadi tekshirilgan bolalarning butun kogortasidan tadqiqotga HP bilan bog'liq va bog'liq bo'lmagan gastroduodenal patologiyasi bo'lgan bolalar kiritilgan. Biz 165 kasal bolada IL-1β va TNF-α misolidan foydalangan holda immunitet reaktsiyasining vositachilarini o'rganib chiqdik va taqqoslash uchun nazorat guruhini tuzgan 50 yoshdagi deyarli sog'lom bolalarda.H. pilori "+" va H. pilori "-" gastroduodenal zonaning patologiyalari yoshga qarab 2 kichik guruhga bo'lingan. Natijalar: 7-14 yoshdagi bolalarning nazorat guruhidagi IL-1b darajasi 21,6±0,86 pg/ml, 15-18 yoshdagi bolalarda 24,2±0,72 pg/ml ekanligi aniqlandi. 15-18 yoshdagi bolalarda 27,4±0,76 pg/ml.
