ОЦЕНКА ИММУНОПАТОЛОГИЧЕСКИХ СДВИГОВ У ДЕТЕЙ ПРИ НЕФРОТИЧЕСКОМ СИНДРОМЕ С ФОНОВОЙ ПАТОЛОГИЕЙ
Аннотация
С целью оценки иммунопатологических сдвигов у детей при нефротическом синдроме с фоновой патологией были обследованы 120 детей в возрасте от 7 до 11 лет. Из них: 1-группа - 35 детей с НС (нефротическая форма ХГН); 2-группа -35 детей с НС на фоне ЛД; 3- группа- 25 детей с ЛД. Здоровая группа: 25 практически здоровых детей того же возраста. Определено, что У детей при нефротическом синдроме (нефротическая форма хронического гломерулонефрита) протекающий с фоновой патологией (лимфатический диатез) характерно специфические клинические симптомы, такие как усиление отеков (100,0%), олигоурии (100,0%), «меловой» бледности (74,2,%), анасарки (9,0%) и гепатоспленомегалии (57,1%), параллельно к этому развитие тяжелой степени анемии снижение кортизола, повышение лимфоцитоза, протеинурии, фибриногена, гамма-глобулина и холестерина способствующих развитию стероидозависимых и стероидорезистентных форм заболевания. При нефротическом синдроме с лимфатическим диатезом характерно недостаточность клеточного звена иммунитета, нарушение выработки цитокина IL-2, увеличение содержания АСЛ-почек, АСЛ-легких, остающихся сохраненными и в периоде ремиссии болезни, которые подтверждают то, что при лечении таких контингентов больных необходимо включать в терапию адекватные методы иммунокоррекции.
