Abstrakt

Sharhiy maqolada jigarning alkogolsiz yog‘ kasalligini asosiy sabablari, patogenezi, klinikasi, tashxisi va davolashi keltirilgan. Maqolada jigarning yog‘ kasalligi rivojlanishini semizlik, ayniqsa uning abdominal turi bilan va metabolik sindrom bilan bog‘liqligi bayon etilgan. Butun dunyoda bolalar va kattalardagi tana vaznining yuqoriligi va semizlik pandemiya darajasiga koʼtarilgan boʼlib, koʼpgina surunkali noinfektsion kasalliklarni xavf omili hisoblanadi, bularga 2 tipdagi qandli diabet, kardiometabolik kasalliklar, tayanch - harakat tizimi kasalliklari, oʼt tosh kasalligi, uyqudagi obstruktiv apnoe sindromi, reproduktiv faoliyat buzilishi, oʼsma rivojlanishi kiradi. Metabolik buzilishlar patogenezida oshqozon - trakti, shu jumladan gepatobiliar tizim asosiy rol oʼynaydi, bunda semizlik fonida rivojlangan insulinorezistentlik va dislipidemiya natijasida ular nishon aʼzoga aylanadi, bunda alkogol isteʼmoli bilan bogʼliq boʼlmagan gepatotsitlarda patologik yogʼ tomchilari (shu bilan biirga triglitseridlar) toʼplanadi natijada jigarning alkogolsiz yogʼ kasalligi shakllanadi.
