BOLALARDA KICHIK YURAK ANOMALIYALARI RIVOJLANISHIDA XAVF OMILLARI
Abstrakt
Bolalardagi yurakning kichik anomaliyalari (YuKA) tug‘ma o‘zgarishlar bo‘lib, gemodinamik buzilishlarni keltirib chiqarmaydi, lekin biriktiruvchi to‘qima displaziyasi bilan bog‘liq. Tadqiqotning maqsadi - ekokardiografiya yordamida YuKA rivojlanish xavf omillarini aniqlash. Tadqiqot materiallari va usullari. Tadqiqotda ikki guruh (har biri 50 bola): MAS bilan va kontroll guruh ishtirok etdi. Tadqiqot natijalari. Genetik moyillik (28% ga qarshi 6%, p=0,002), homiladorlikdagi infeksiyalar (22% ga qarshi 4%, p=0,005), platsenta yetishmovchiligi (24% ga qarshi 8%, p=0,012) va erta tug‘ilish (22% ga qarshi 6%, p=0,011) YuKA guruhida sezilarli darajada yuqori ekanligi aniqlandi. Xulosa. Natijalar YuKAning ko‘p omilli tabiatini tasdiqlaydi va xorijiy tadqiqotlar bilan mos keladi. Ekokardiografiya diagnostikada samaradorligini isbotladi. Xulosalar erta skrining va profilaktikaning muhimligini ta’kidlaydi.
