BRONXIAL ASTMA BILAN KASALLANGAN BOLALARDAGI DISMIKROELEMENTOZLAR VA ULARNI DIAGNOSTIK AHAMIYATI

Abstrakt

Tadqiqotning maqsadi mikroelementozlar bilan bog‘liq bo‘lgan bronxial astmada bronxial giperreaktivlik shakllanishining mumkin bo‘lgan patogenetik mexanizmlarini o‘rganish edi. Tadqiqot guruhiga bronxial astma bilan kasallangan 45 nafar boladan olindi. Tadqiqot usullari soch tarkibidagi mikroelementlarning neytron faollashuvini tahlil qilish usuli va qon zardobining atomik yutilish spektrometriyasi usuli edi. Bronxial giperreaktivlik holati og‘ir bronxial astmada muhim mikroelementlarning yetishmovchiligi (69,6%), selen va sink yetishmovchiligi fonida (plazma darajasi mos ravishda 0,2 va 0,35 mg/l dan past) va tashqi nafas olish funksiyasining parametrlari tezligining pasayishi bilan birga kuzatildi.
